Clad in a simple white robe, his white hair falls unkempt about his shoulders. Lines of age mark his sun-kissed face, yet there is a look of absolute peace and serenity in his intense blue eyes. He appears otherworldly, utterly serene, calm, unhurried, wise, and detached.
Tarnedas believes himself to be the messenger of Phaulkon, he divines his Master’s will from the calls of the birds around him, of which he refers to as the Parliament of Birds. He speaks rather cryptically, and rarely gives a direct answer, preferring to pose another question.
